Build Your Consulting Career

Execution turns knowledge into skill. Some lessons begin where classrooms end

A six-month, real-world On-the-Job Training Program that transforms graduates into certified, confident, and industry-ready consultants.

About the Program

The consulting industry is changing rapidly. Organizations need professionals who can deliver results from the very first engagement. The Synerger Consulting OJT Program was created to help graduates, postgraduates, and young professionals bridge the gap between classroom theory and consulting practice.

This program is developed and managed by Codup Technologies Private Limited under the Synerger Consulting and Deal Management Platform. It brings together structured learning, live consulting projects, mentorship, and AI-enabled tools into one practical journey that builds job-ready and practice-ready consultants.

In six months, you will learn how consulting actually works, how assignments are delivered, how firms acquire clients, and how consultants create measurable impact for organizations.

Solution About

Program Philosophy and Learning Approach

The Synerger OJT Program is built on a simple principle: learning must lead to measurable execution. Consultants are not defined by what they know, but by what they can deliver. The program follows two pillars that shape every consultant's journey:

Service Delivery System (SDS)

This covers analytical, strategic, and project delivery skills. You learn how to define problems, build financial models, conduct valuations, design strategies, and manage transformation projects.

Client Acquisition System (CAS)

This covers the business side of consulting. You learn how to identify prospects, pitch services, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain client relationships.

The balance between SDS and CAS changes based on your chosen career path. Those seeking jobs focus more on SDS, while those aiming for private practice also master CAS.
